Shipping & lead times
Nothing ships from a shelf. Every piece is built after the order lands, and the lead time quoted on the product page is the one we work to.
How the lead time is calculated
Each body carries a base build time — two to five weeks for jersey, four to six for fleece, and ten for the Reliquary Chore Jacket. Every option you add stacks additional weeks on top of that, and the product page shows the running total as you configure.
An order containing several pieces ships as one consignment once the slowest piece leaves the bench. Tell us at checkout if you would rather have them released as they finish and we will split the shipment at no extra cost.
Stitch-out approval
Any order carrying custom lettering includes a stitch-out: your text run on the same fabric and thread as the finished garment, photographed and emailed for sign-off.
The build clock pauses while we wait for your approval. If a stitch-out sits unanswered for fourteen days, the piece is built to the specification as submitted so the slot is not lost.
Domestic delivery
Insured, tracked delivery within the United States is included on every commission regardless of value. Transit runs two to four business days once the piece leaves the studio.
Orders over $1,000 and anything carrying sterling hardware ship signature-required. We cannot waive that, and we cannot authorize a carrier to leave those parcels unattended.
International delivery
We ship to most countries, insured and tracked, in seven to fourteen business days after dispatch. Duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout wherever the destination supports it, so nothing further is owed on delivery.
Sterling hardware is declared accurately on the customs paperwork. We will not undervalue a shipment or describe it as a gift, and asking us to is the one request we always decline.
Tracking and delays
Tracking is emailed the moment the carrier scans the label. Progress updates during the build itself are logged against your order number — ask and we will tell you which stage the piece is at.
Where a supply issue threatens the quoted date, we contact you before the date passes rather than after, with the option to wait, change the specification, or cancel for a full refund.
