Terms of service

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch the goods, not when the confirmation email lands.

We may decline or cancel an order where an item is out of stock, where pricing was listed in error, or where we suspect fraud. Anything already charged is refunded in full.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

We correct pricing errors when we find them. Where an order is affected, you are contacted and given the choice to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Colorways are reproduced as accurately as screens allow, and screens vary. Garment-dyed and washed pieces carry natural variation between units — that is a property of the process, not a defect.

Measurements published in the size guide are taken flat and carry a tolerance of roughly half an inch.

The Kairo name, marks, artwork, and photography are owned by us and may not be reproduced, resold, or used in derivative products without written permission.

Buying a garment grants you the garment, not a license to its artwork.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published at the moment you place your order, and the date at the top of this page reflects the current revision.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the business is registered.
